The Providenza Ensemble & Sinfonietta Cracovia

The Providenza Ensemble, supported by Carhartt WIP – a project commissioned by Warp and presented in collaboration with Carhartt WIP – consists of Kelman Duran, Loraine James, and Puce Mary. Together, they spent a week in residence at the Providenza facility in the Corsican mountains with Rakhi Singh, composer, violinist, and director of the Manchester Collective, and composer Karl Solve Steven. The goal was to create a work that would bring people from outside the world of classical music into it. The results will be presented in Krakow with the accompaniment of Sinfonietta Cracovia, a renowned string ensemble that has been collaborating with Unsound for over fifteen years.
